A Christmas carol concert was organized yesterday (21) afternoon at the office premises with the participation of all the staff of the District Secretariat for the cold Christmas day that spreads love and mercy.

There, the meaning of Christmas was explained by the External Service Assistant S.C. Thotawattage. The song concert was organized by the district cultural officer, Mrs. Kanchana Wijeratne, in order to represent the section.

Additional District Secretary (Administration) K.G.S. Nishantha, Additional District Secretary (Lands) Gamalatge Dilip Nishantha and the entire staff were present on that occasion.
