In order to identify practical strategies for an efficient public service by reducing public complaints, the Road Map For Better Service Delivery program implemented with the contribution and support of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Transparency International Sri Lanka was held yesterday (06) at the District Secretariat Auditorium in Kegalle District. 

The introduction of the program was done by Mrs. Dilanthi Siriwardena, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Dhammika Muthugala, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Nil de Alwis, former Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, introduced the practical strategy statements for an efficient public service. Ms. Sakunthala Senarath of Transparency International Sri Lanka briefed on the importance of information for a transparent service delivery process.

The program was organized by the District Training Unit.

On that occasion, District Secretary / Governor Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary (Administration) KGS Nishantha, Additional District Secretary (Land) Dilip Nishantha, Divisional Secretaries, Assistant Divisional Secretaries, Accountants, Administrative Officers, Administrative Village Officers, Colonies A group of government officials including officials were present.
