The Children's World Spectrum "Blue Sky Kites" festival held in conjunction with the Cultural Affairs Department's twelve-storey lantern program was held today (23) at the Ashoka Stadium in Rambukkana with the participation of many children from the children's club of Rambukkana division.

On the advice and guidance of the district secretary and the additional district secretary, the district culture department including the district cultural officer Mrs. Kanchana Wijeratne and the cultural and children's department of Rambukkana Divisional Secretariat had organized this program together.
