The young community who came to the Deraniyagala Divisional Secretariat from Kilinochchi District heartily welcomed the Kegalle District Secretariat and Deraniyagala Divisional Secretariat in a very warm way and the additional District Secretariat who called the ceremony said "The language we speak, the religion, the ears we speak The way you drink can change.
