Donations are still being received from four directions for the people of Kegalle district affected by the sudden disaster situation.
Accordingly, the District Secretariat intervention is being distributed to safe centers established for the affected people of the local secretariat offices with need in the district under a formal system.
Kegalle District Secretariat, Kegalle Municipality, Neluwa Divisional Secretariat, Disaster Management Center, National Youth Service Council, Clean Sri Lanka Secretariat for providing essential materials, dry treats and remaining donations for the affected people so far, Kegalle District Secretariat And TV Corporation has received contribution from Indian subsidy, Kegalle District Scout Children, Hiru Jaya Plantation, Kegalle Trade Association, District Secretariat staff and donor Sri Lankan community. Kegalla District Secretariat's respect and salute to all the organizations that donated and dry treats and for the donor community.
