Considering the roles here, according to the planning role, the annual Integrated Development Plan should be set up and get approval from the District Coordination Committee, according to all financial sources related to the district (including foreign aid projects) Accordingly

The meeting held today extended discussion about the establishment of the District Planning Committee as a regular sub-committee of the District Coordination Committee and also discussed the plans and proposals related to the budget proposals for 2026 year. There focus is on education sector, health sector, agriculture sector, infrastructure (water, electricity, roads, communication, housing), industry sector, environment, tourism sector and other sector.

Following this, widespread discussions were discussed here in practical implementation of certain projects done in 2025 in various local secretariat divisions. Also here was the discussion on how to implement future projects according to the five year representation plan, solving those questions in 2026 initiated.
