The new District Secretary/Government Secretary of Kegalle District, Mr. K.G.S. Nishantha, commenced his duties this morning (30) amidst the chanting of Seth Pirith.
The entire staff of the District Secretariat, including the Divisional Secretaries of all the Divisional Secretariat Divisions in Kegalle District, were present to welcome him.
