"Breath Breath" opposition shadow plantation program aimed at the lives of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country and the lives of Sri Lankan citizens who lost their lives due to the country and the massive environmental damage that happened to the country, is in action today (22) as the entire island is ornamed. The Kegalle district celebration was held at the Kegalle Beragala Army Camp premises.
"Husmeen Husmak" Anti-Shade Tree Plantation Program was held in the presence of parents and family relatives of patriotic brave heroes who unconditionally sacrificed their lives for sovereignty and physical integrity of Sri Lanka and here for the soldiers who lost their lives in Kegalla district and for the country who lost their lives in the Ditwa disaster. 1368 plants were planted to restore environmental disaster nature. There were many valuable plants like jackfruit, nadun, kumbuk, kalumadiriya etc.
The program which is happening in a way that makes the objectives of the Clean Sri Lanka National Mission meaningful was organized by the Sri Lankan Army.
Kegalle District Secretary/Deputy Commissioner K.G.S Nishantha, Additional District Secretary (Government) Kusum Bandara, Additional District Secretary (Idam) Dilip Nishantha, Lutenant Colonel W.R Dharmasena at Beragala Army Camp, Police officers, Government officers, Army Camp officers were together.
