A meeting was held yesterday (28) under the chairmanship of the District Governor/District Secretary Mr. Mahinda S. Weerasooriya to discuss the preparations for the "Kala Vibhashi - 2022" District Literary Festival.

 The festival to be held on the 6th at the Kegalle Maha Vidyalaya Auditorium is organized by the District Cultural Officer including Mrs.Padmini Wickramalatha and District Culture Department.

The meeting was attended by additional district secretary Mrs. Charitha Illangakoon, staff officers, district secretariat officers and members of the district cultural authority.
