The Kegalu district inauguration program of the Governor's Official Mission Mobile Service was held yesterday (22) at Dudley Senanayake Maha Vidyalaya, Tholangamu under the chairmanship of Sabaragamuwa Provincial Governor Mr. Navin Dissanayake.

The governor's official mission is to accept Ayurveda clinics, eye clinics, western medicine clinics, building plans and road line requests through the mobile service, motor vehicle registration one day service, selected roads and playground development, distribution of desks and chairs for Dhamma schools under the first phase, training sessions were held at Plantation Management Training Institute.

Also, one-day service for foreign services and registration of persons, one-day service for programs implemented by Divisional Secretariats, one-day service for agricultural services, one-day service for registering business names and one day services were also implemented in Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council Chief Ministry and other ministries.

During the opening ceremony, books and school bags were given to low-income school children, wheelchairs were given to disabled people, and loans were given for self-employment.

In addition, the Mahena Water Project, which will benefit 300 families at a cost of 36 million rupees, was made public, and the computer activity room of Ke/Dadigama Mahapallegama Senanayake Maha Vidhuhala was also made available to students.

The co-chairperson of the Parliamentary Coordinating Committee, Kegalle District Member of Parliament Mrs. Rajika Wickramasinghe, Member of Parliament Mr. Udayakantha Gunathilaka, political authority, Sabaragamuwa Provincial Chief Secretary Mr. Mahinda S. Weerasooriya, Kegalle District Secretary Mr. Ranjana Jayasinghe and many heads of government institutions participated in this event.
