Checks were distributed to twenty-six Ahadiya Dhamma schools recently (19) at the district secretary's office. Simultaneously, Dhamma school books were also distributed.

This program of distribution of teacher allowances to the teachers working in those Dhamma schools was organized by the District Muslim Affairs Officer Mr. M.F.M. Rilwan.

District Governor/District Secretary Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary (Lands) Gamalatge Dilip Nishantha, Assistant District Secretary Malsha L. Priyadarshani, District Cultural Officer Kanchana Wijeratne were present on the occasion.
