Distributing language books to libraries in accordance with an action plan of the National Language Division of the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government with the aim of developing the knowledge and skills of various languages and official languages and creating a culture of reading books in the society by creating mutual understanding among individuals. 

Accordingly, yesterday afternoon (06) the symbolic presentation of books for the library run by the Undugoda Sinha Youth Club of Kegalle Divisional Secretariat Division was done by the District Secretary Mr. Ranjana Jayasinghe to the Kegalle Divisional Secretary Mrs. Priangani Pethangoda. This program was coordinated by Mrs. Indika Weerawardena, Coordinating Officer of the National Language Section of the District Secretariat.
