Sabaragamuwa Provincial Sports Development Department organized the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Sports Development Department for the 48th National Sports Festival, Sabaragamuwa province's provincial competition was held yesterday (05) at the Kegalle City Hall.

Competitors from Kegalle and Ratnapura districts will compete in 09 weight classes and the winners will be eligible to compete in the upcoming 48th National Games.

District Secretary/District Governor Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary (Lands) Dilip Nishantha, Sabaragamu Provincial Sports Director Chaturangika Pemaratne and a group of competitors were present at the inauguration.
