Mr. Ranjan Jayasinghe, Kegalle District Governor/District Secretary, mentioned that the contribution provided by the Kegalle District Social Services Division is a relief for people who need assistance. He stated this while participating in a progress review meeting of the Kegalle District Social Services Department.
