An opportunity to provide equipment including water filters to pre-schools in Kegalle district under the auspices of the Ministry of Women and Children's Affairs' Early Childhood Development Project was held this afternoon (30) under the chairmanship of District Coordination Committee Co-Chairperson Member of Parliament Mrs. Rajika Wickramasinghe.

These principals were symbolically presented today to selected pre-schools covering all 11 divisions of the district.

The program was coordinated by the District Chief Girl Child Development Officer Mrs. Bhadra Abeywickrama.

Members of Parliament Udayakantha Gunathilake, District Governor/District Secretary Ranjana Jayasinghe, additional district secretaries and staff officers, pre-school teachers and others were present on that occasion.
