The certificate was given to the trainees who successfully completed the cosmetology training course organized by the National Enterprise Development Authority and Herbline Institute today (22) in the morning at the District Secretariat.

About 1000 trainees representing Warakapola, Rambukkana, Ruwanwella and Deraniyagala Divisional Secretariat participated in this event and a brides' show was also held at the same time.
