Critical explanation program

A program aimed to clarify the criteria of the National Productivity Awards competition conducted by the National Productivity Secretariat was held today (2025 07 30) at the Kegalla District Secretariat/Disapati H. M. J. M. Under the leadership of Mr. Herath.

The concept was introduced to the private and state sectors in Sri Lanka two decades ago and their private institutions became very active attractive places in no time. The concept of productivity was introduced to the public service beyond the non-stop traditional public service boundaries with the purpose of enableing public service. Applicants of gold awarded institutions in 3 years of rupees should apply for this platinum award.
