The "Suryangjali" Bakmah Festival which was organized by Sadesa Circle of the District Culture Department and all other quality circles and organized by the Sadesa Circle of the District Culture Department to promote the mental health of the officers of the District Secretariat, ended in a grand manner yesterday (20) at the Kegalle Police Ground.

Eyeing the Elephant, Breaking the Kana Mutti, Sack Race, 50m Short distance running, Toffee Pulling,  Rope Pulling, Bun Eating, Coconut Punching, Best Crying, Best Laughing, Toddler Year Prince Princess, Senior Year Princess, Handsome Year Prince Selection and Folk Games consisted of a lot and the Suryanjali Bakmaha festival was colorful with the colorful dances of the dance groups of the District Secretariat.

On that occasion, District Governor/ District Secretary Ranjan Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary (Administration) Dinisha S. Rathnayake, Additional District Secretary (Administration Lands and Development)  Gamalathge Dilip Nishantha , all staff officers, Assistant Superintendents of Police, officers of the District Secretariat and their families were present on that occasion. A group of members and others were present.
