 The program was organized by the district culture department including Ms. Padmini Wickramalatha, the district culture officer, and several officials of the office including scholar Surath Balasuriya contributed by singing songs. The review of the Gita was done by veteran announcer, Productivity Officer Mr. Saman Bandara.

On that occasion, District Governor/District Secretary Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary (Administration) Dinisha S. Ratnayake, Additional District Secretary (Lands) Gamalatge Dilip Nishantha and a group of officials from the District Secretariat were present.
