The Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment has organized a series of mobile service programs at the district level to raise the domestic production and thereby boost the country's economy by maintaining industrial peace in the country and creating an investment-friendly environment. Awareness about the Kegalle district program was held recently (06) in the afternoon at the district secretariat office auditorium.

The program is planned to be held on the 23rd and 24th of this month at the Kegalle Freeway and it is planned to rebuild the country's labor market through which it is expected to improve skills, welfare and opportunities for migrant workers, youth and underprivileged children. A music concert is also planned on the last day of this mobile service program, which is held in four stages as the foreign employment program, Garusaru program, SMART YOUTH CLUB program and Shrama Vasana Fund benefit distribution program.

Accordingly, the role of various institutions in the respective district and the future activities were discussed at length.

On that occasion, District Governor/District Secretary Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretaries, Director General of Manpower and Employment Security Department K.G.H.H.R Kiriella, Additional Secretary (Administration) of Ministry of Commissary and Foreign Employment Prasad Piyasena, District Planning Director A.A. Weerakoon, Devisional Secretaries, Kegalle Assistant Superintendent of Police, officials of the Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment, officials of the Foreign Employment Office, officials of many departments including education, transportation, and health were present.
