The first presentation of the lyrical entertainment program "Sandiya Nimnaya", which is a poetical meditation, was held yesterday (05) afternoon at the District Secretariat Auditorium.

Additional District Secretary Mr. K. G. S. Nishantha participated in the song review of this program which was organized by the department along with the District Culture Officer Mrs. Kanchana Wijayaratne. The program was conducted by Development Officer Mr. Saman Bandara and Miss Chaturangani Sajani.

This songs singing by the officers of the District Secretariat is planned to be held on one day every month.

On that occasion, District Secretary/Diplomat Ranjana Jayasinghe, Additional District Secretary Dilip Nishantha and other staff officers and officials of the office were present.
