In the morning of today (20), an awareness of the officers related to the innovation program implemented with the aim of empowering rural entrepreneurs across the island under the leadership of the State Ministry of Technology and the presentation of certificates to the officers who have successfully completed the training program for agricultural officers as GMP inspectors. Under the chairmanship of the Minister of State for Technology Mr. Kanaka Herath took place in the auditorium of the District Secretariat.
A capacity development program was held today (16) at the District Secretariat Auditorium for the Development Officers who carry out duties related to the domains of Mawanella, Rambukkana, Galigamuwa, Kegalle Aranayaka Divisional Secretariat Divisions.

According to the instructions given by the Honorable Buddha Sasana, the Minister of Religious and Cultural Affairs, to name the cultural centers operating all over the island under the Ministry of Religious and Cultural Affairs, after an outstanding artist who lived and is still living in the area where the cultural center operates.
